How to Delete Your Account
If you'd like to delete your account, follow these steps:
Open the Explore Valley mobile app
Go to: Settings > Account > Delete Account
Confirm the deletion
If you cannot access the app, email us at: support@explorevalley.in with your account email.
Data Deletion and Retention
Your personal data will be permanently deleted within 7 days.
Some anonymized usage data may be retained for up to 30 days for legal or analytical reasons.
